Sporting ombre hair, smoky eyes and a chanel crystal swallow temporary tattoo, leighton meester looks, if possible, even more divine than her gossip girl character blair waldorf.
i love the styling of the photos, the simplicity makes her look so small and vulnerable and even with heavy make-up she appears child-like and innocent.
I never really know what to make of leighton’s personal style; she has tried to be daring but hasnt always pulled it off and can be quite hit and miss on the red carpet. When she arrived at an event wearing a black lace marchesa ss2011 jumpsuit (which i loved on the runway btw) she looked just diabolical and i have been in shock up until now. However, i am willing to forgive and forget as I am in love with the marie claire pictures and hopefully she will find a more suitable stylist and look more like this in the future.
and we can forget about this…
