pass this girl some stuffing

Allie Crandell, star of mtv’s The City, (don’t worry, i haven’t hear of her either, despite having being sickened by the quality of this “realistic drama” on several occasions) has had all of her pictures taken down from Revolve’s online clothing boutique after many readers have complained about the model’s skeletal frame.
Revolve has pulled out the generic statement that is kept close to hand, to be used in all situations of this kind, reading “‘We are working closely with both the model and her agent to get her to a healthier size.” I’m sure we can expect a defensive retaliation from crandell’s agent explaining that Allie has alway been a naturally thin girl and her weight is perfectly healthy for her height and body type..blah blah blah…whatever.
At least Revolve are doing the right thing in banning the pictures however, her weight is so strikingly low, it baffles me as to how these pictures published in the first place. Websites like these need to be a bit more responsible, i say. rant over.
Weighty issue: Allie Crandell models a black leather dress by BCBG on the Revolve website, but has been banned after readers complained she was too thin
Painfully thin: Allie has attracted attention in the past over her weight while she was on American show The City
allie crandell is wearing dresses by BCBG max azria.
