The haircut made famous by David Bowie in the 80’s (and school boys in the 90’s) has come back with a bang, with a quarter of hairdressing clients requesting the chop. (Was it even on trend the first time?)
High fashion favourites like Alice Dellal, Rihanna, Sarah Harding and Ellie Goulding have been seen rocking different variations of the partially razored ‘do, ranging from half shaved to small and subtle. It’s surprising to note that this edgy haircut suits any face shape, but think very carefully if you’re considering this style. Dramatic looks never stay on trend for too long and a half shaved head might not be too easy to hide.
of course it was in style the first time. if it wasnt, would it be coming back? again? i have it and people love it!
